Free arthritis seminar on Feb. 24
Arthritis will be the subject of a free seminar in Mt. Sterling presented by Blessing Orthopedic Services in cooperation with Quincy Medical Group. “Arthritis: Get Moving!” will be presented at the Mt. Sterling YMCA, 99 W.
