Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences does share information to comply with U.S. Department of Education reporting requirements; to comply with the reporting requirements of accrediting bodies; to comply with a court order or subpoena; to comply with a legal requirement; to enforce our conditions of use and other agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the college; to protect our students; to protect your vital interests; and to administer our program. Information is shared with your permission. However, notification is only needed when information is shared to comply with a court order or subpoena.
The college may send you newsletters, updates, or other information about the programs. If, at any time, you would like us to remove your name from any of our marketing lists, please contact us. We will do our best to promptly comply with your request, unless we believe the communications at issue are necessary to administering the program or to comply with applicable law.
Learner’s rights and responsibilities with personal information and records are governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
