Blessing-Rieman offers new Bachelor degree programs

Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences in Quincy received approval from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to offer a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care and a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Science.

Free arthritis seminar on Feb. 24

Arthritis will be the subject of a free seminar in Mt. Sterling presented by Blessing Orthopedic Services in cooperation with Quincy Medical Group. “Arthritis: Get Moving!” will be presented at the Mt. Sterling YMCA, 99 W. South Street, at Noon, Wednesday, February 24. A light meal will be included.

The international DAISY Award program provides a way for patients or their family members, visitors, doctors, hospital staff members and volunteers to recognize the extraordinary care provided by nurses.

Blessing-Rieman College offers new program

Applications are now being accepted by Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing and Health Sciences for its new Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. The first class of 10 students will begin studies in fall of this year.
