Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing and Health Professions promoted the following faculty members:

Erica Alexander, PhD, RN; and Brandi Venvertloh, PhD, RN; were promoted from Associate professors to Professors:
Alexander joined the college faculty in January 2010. She is the Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program Coordinator and teaches Research and Nursing Informatics in the undergraduate BSN program, and Education-focused courses in the MSN Nurse Educator track.   

Venvertloh has been with the college since August 2010. She is the BSN Coordinator for the undergraduate BSN and RN to BSN programs. She teaches Pediatrics in the undergraduate BSN program along with MSN courses such as Professional Role Development, and the Teaching Practicum in the MSN Nurse Educator track. Venvertloh chairs the undergraduate Curriculum committee and the RN to BSN committee. 

Erika Knuffman, MSN, RN, and Shaila O’Dear MSN, RN, were promoted from Instructors to Assistant Professors:
Knuffman joined the college faculty in August 2017. She teaches Fundamentals of Nursing theory and clinical, and Caring for the Culturally Diverse Client. Erika co-chairs the Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) committee. 

O’Dear has been with the college since August 2020. She is the coordinator of the NSG 320 Nursing Concepts I medical-surgical clinical program and chairs the Safe Clinical Practice Committee. 

Blessing-Rieman offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care degrees with a Direct Transfer option, and Joint Degree options through Culver-Stockton College, in Canton, MO, and Quincy University, in Quincy, IL. The College also offers an Online RN-BSN, Online RRT-BSRT, Online Master of Science in Nursing, and an Associate of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology.
