Nursing In Action Details This FREE half-day event is held several times a year to introduce high school students to a career in nursing. It is a great way to get an overview of nursing, the many career options open to nurses, and basic information about BRCN. Nursing students are available to answer questions. Tours of our partner campuses are available. Registration is required. A separate concurrent session is designed for parents/guardians and Guidance Counselors. Experience an interactive look at the many roles filled by professional nurses. Planned activities for the event include: Hospital tours in areas such as: *Obstetrics Air Evac Helicopter & Hanger *Emergency Room Ambulance *Intensive Care Rehabilitation Services Nursing Skills lab: Observe and participate in hands-on nursing activities.
